The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 328C/2015 for the offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioners under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law of the complainant, petitioner no. 2 is second wife of the husband of the complainant and petitioner no. 3 is mother of petitioner no. 2. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is made against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10601 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 petitioners. Petitioner no. 2 was not knowing about the marriage of Dhananjay Paswan.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone at Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 328C/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
