2. On 15.05.2024, relief was granted to the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 28760 of 2024.

3. Three months later, the present modification petition has been filed with a prayer to modify the clause (i) of the condition in the order dated 15.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 28760 of 2024.

4. Learned APP, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh submits that four weeks' time was earlier granted but after three months, they have preferred this modification petition.

5. The objection seems to be justified. However, since the relief was earlier granted, the same is modified with a cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

6. The clause (i) of the order dated 15.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 28760 of 2024 is modified to the following extent: (i) one of the bailor should be the family members/relatives/friends (having official document) of the petitioners who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;

7. The period of surrender is further extended by two weeks from today.

8. The present petition (Cr. Misc. No. 63851 of 2024) stands allowed.
