2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 377 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/115/118(1)/109/303(2)/352/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of Bablu Singh with iron rod. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2025.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently

6. Considering period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 377 of 2024.
