The petitioner is said to have filed a complaint contemplated under Clause 11 of the guidelines issued in 2019 in respect of selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaika under Integrated Child Development Services, before the District Programme Officer, Nawadah, against selection of respondent No. 6. The said complaint was filed on 15.03.2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in accordance with the said guidelines, though, the complaint was to

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer to dispose of the petitioner's representation/complaint, if pending, and not disposed of, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
