The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 506 and other sections of the IPC. As per the first information report, the petitioners came in the paddy field of the informant and assaulted by lathi and iron rod and other accused persons also came and set fire in the bundle of informant's paddy crops and hut.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners have also sustained injuries which has not been explained by the prosecution. It is further submitted that there is one criminal case against the petitioners which was also lodged by the informant. It is further stated that the present case is said to have been lodged due to land dispute.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the first information report.

No.24395 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts that there is case and counter case between the parties, petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S.Case No.53 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
