Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.56 of 2016 registered under sections 363 and 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produces certified copy of statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which victim specifically stated that she was never kidnapped rather she had gone to the house of her relative.

Considering the statement of the victim as well as facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29390 of 2016 (4) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Parihar P.S. Case no. 56 of 2016 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
