2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief(s):- "(i) For a direction to the respondent authorities especially respondent no. 5 to 7 to protect the life and property of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1949 of 2025(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 (ii) Further for a direction to the respondent police official to give proper assistance to construct the boundary wall of courtyard of the petitioner which has been forcibly demolished by private respondents for which an FIR has been lodged against the private respondents and the case has been found to be true against the private respondents.

(iii) To grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to get in the eye of law."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Staterespondents submits that the petitioner has not given any representation to any of the authority.

4. Since the petitioner has approached this Court at premature stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Jamui, who will act upon the representation and take action in accordance with law.
