ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 273 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been lodged only in retaliation to an earlier case filed with the same allegations by the present petitioners. Considering the nature of allegations and also there is delay in lodging of the present case which has not been plausibly explained by the present informant, let the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27645 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 273 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
