In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 384, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

An allegation has been made against the petitioner of demanding extortion money from the driver and the owner of the tractor for carrying sand.

This case is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Rajnish Singh @ Rajnish Kumar is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
