2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 submits that the matter was referred for mediation for settling the dispute and the mediation has succeeded and the petitioner and O.P. No. 2 are staying as husband and wife.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner concurs with the said submission and submits that petitioner and O.P. No. 2 are leading a peaceful and a happy conjugal life.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with T.R. No. 2180 of 2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. 544 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) sadique/- U T
