JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 The matter has come up under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner stating that in the title portion of the order dated 3.3.2017, the Police Station has been mentioned as „Hajipur Sadar‟ whereas it should be „Hajipur Town.‟ Earlier also such type of mistake has been pointed out by learned counsel and it appears that there is some defect in the software.

In view of the above, let „Hajipur Sadar‟ be read as „Hajipur Town‟ and the order dated 3.3.2017 is modified to that extent.

The Court below will act as per the direction of this Court.
