Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201,120(B),34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of Shashi Bhushan Yadav. The FIR named accused person are suspected to have committed the murder by causing firearm injury. Petitioner is not named in the FIR rather name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.55251 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ghoshwari Police Station Case No.66 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
