2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 252 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 8/ 20(b) (ii) (B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended coaccused made before the Police. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. As per First Information Report, on the alleged date of occurrence, total 2.448 Kg. Kg. of Ganja has been recovered.

No.57725 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 From perusal of search and seizure memo, which are two in numbers, it appears that first search and seizure memo is with respect to house and Verandah of Md. Kasim, husband of petitioner and second search and seizure memo is with respect to recovery from the west of co-accused Sajjad @ Pappu near the hospital. So the name of petitioner does not find mentioned in both the seizure lists. In F.I.R. also the name of petitioner has figured only on the basis of disclosure made by Md. Kasim. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Purnia/concerned court below, in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 252 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S., on further condition that:-
