Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "i. An appropriate Writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the office order no. 81 dated 20.02.2019 as contained in Annexure- 5, passed by the respondent no. 2 whereby and where under the refund of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17418 of 2019 dt.08-12-2022 2/3 security deposit to the petitioner was put on hold till the final decision of the cases filed by the petitioner in this Hon'ble High Court.
ii. An appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus for direction/directions to the respondents to make payment of Rs. 35,17000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Lac and Seventy Thousand only) with due interest which was deposited by the petitioner by way of security deposit in connection with agreements for handling work of Bihar State Warehousing Corporation (herein after referred as the Corporation) in different places in the state of Bihar and Jharkhand.
iii. Any other writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions as the facts and circumstances of the case may require and deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court may also be issued."
Learned counsel for the respondents states that petitioner's representation (Annexure 6 series) yet pending consideration shall be considered and decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today. Statements accepted and taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further reserving liberty to approach the Court, should the need so arise subsequently, in accordance with law.
