JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Since the Court has been misled by wrong facts and assertions yesterday, the Treasury Officer, Patna had to be summoned to assist the Court. The facts now are totally different from what has been conveyed to the Court. The Treasury Officer has brought the original file relating to the settlement and revision in proof and support of their stand that everything has been done and even the arrears of the previous revision from 1.4.1997 has now been credited recently. Why was the Court given wrong facts is for the petitioner and his counsel to explore but since the Court has been unnecessarily misled coupled with the fact that the Treasury

Patna High Court CWJC No.11247 of 2016(5) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 Officer had to be called to assist the Court unnessarily, the Court imposes a cost of Rs.10000/- upon the petitioner payable to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, which must be paid within a period of four weeks or else he will appear in person to face contempt.

The arrears, which is left, must be settled now by the Treasury Officer without further delay.

Writ stands disposed off.
