Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66029 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 04-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11564 of 2022 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.
3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 5 & 6 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipts with the bail-bond.
4. Accordingly, order dated 29.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11564 of 2022 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
