Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the stolen motorcycle has been recovered, on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bihia P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J.)
