The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Sections 504, 341, 323, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have inflicted injury with Khanti on one Mahesh Thakur. The injury report corroborates the allegation made in the FIR.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same
