Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Sections272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a)(b)(c), 35 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that perusal of the first information report and the seizure list shows that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8078 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9803 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
