JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner's presence was procured in 2013 for an occurrence occurred in 2002 whereupon vide order dated 18.11.2014 relating to Cr.Misc. No.38109 of 2014, prayer for bail was rejected giving relaxation to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after a year, in case trial is not concluded. Gone through the order impugned wherefrom it is evident that charge has been framed on 15.1.2016 and the trial is pending for evidence.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
