The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to respondent no.4 to dispose of Mutation Case No.2136 of 201819 filed for mutation of her name in place of Nisha Devi from whom she purchased the land.
Having considered the facts that the petitioner filed petition for mutating her name after purchasing the lands from Nisha Devi, the recorded tenant, but the Circle Officer, Sabour sat over the matter and did not pass any order till date, I find it appropriate to direct the Circle Officer, Sabour to pass order in accordance with law on the petition filed by the petitioner for
Patna High Court CWJC No.17229 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 mutating her name with regard to the land standing in the name of Nisha Devi from whom the petitioner purchased the land through a sale deed dated 26.02.2019 within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
