2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Mukesh Kant submitted that petitioner is sister-in-law ( gotni ) of the deceased. Petitioner is simply a victim of over implications. She is separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against her and she has no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Buxar in connection with Buxar ( Town) P . S. Case No . 293 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
