The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 31.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after fourteen months of the marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family and the husband of the victim has been acquitted after being declaring juvenile. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 15 of the petition.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
