The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 17.06.2019. He further submits that the petitioner is suspected to have committed murder of the mother of the informant. He submits that except suspicion, there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. In this case, case diary has been called for. Learned counsel for the State on the basis of the case diary submits that co-accused Sanjay Kumar has made confessional statement to the effect that the petitioner was

Considering the aforesaid the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.
