JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Beur P. S. Case No. 132 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. However, from the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. it clearly appears that as the result of intermediate was due to be published and as such, she has gone to her Bhabhi's house and in the meantime, the case has been lodged and thereafter, she returned.
