The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant filed a complaint petition and alleged that the petitioner took loan of Rs. 1,63,000/- for purchasing a vehicle but the petitioner did not return the money. It is submitted that the petitioner has not taken any loan from the informant. The informant served a legal notice to the petitioner stating therein for taking money for getting the vehicle released. The petitioner is not owner of any vehicle. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner disputes the loan, the petitioner above named in the event of
