JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the informant being the Chairman of Vidyalaya Siksha Samittee was to execute enquiry report then the FIR named accused persons abused him by calling caste name and also assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.3 lodged Bakhtiarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23884 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 115 of 2015 on 09.04.2015 levelling accusation under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354B and 504 of the IPC against the informant of the present case and thereafter, the present case was lodged on 11.04.2015 for the accusation of 07.04.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiarpur (Balwahat O.P.)
