Having heard both sides and in view of the personal reason given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10205 of 2017 is restored to its original file, with a caution to the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17940 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 counsel for the petitioner to appear in the case as and when it is fixed for 'Admission'.
