The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. was lodged when the dead body of Biren Mandal, the brother of the informant, was noticed. It revealed that murder of Biren Mandal was committed thereafter the petitioners are suspected for the reason that Biren Mandal had illicit relation with petitioner Rani Kumari, the sister of petitioner Suman Mandal, which was not like by the father of Rani Kumari. Considering the fact that only suspicion is there, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17516 of 2017 (2) dt.21-04-2017 2/2 the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea/Successor Court in connection with Dhamdaha Police Station Case No.195 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
