Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as confessional statement of petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 09.03.2015.

Case No. 86 of 2015.
