JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siwai Patti P.S. Case No. 82 of 2013 instituted for the offence under sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against this petitioner in the written report that wife of the informant was enticed and taken away by Mukesh Kumar Sahni. This petitioner helped Mukesh Sahni.
In this manner, from the written report itself, it appears that there is specific allegation of taking away the wife of the informant against Mukesh Sahni.
In is mentioned in para-3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 82 of 2013,he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-JudgeIX-cum-ACJM, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
