2. Learned counsel for the State has filed counter affidavit in the matter.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of misappropriating/cheating Rs. 10 lakhs.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2025.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Begusarai/ concerned Court in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021.
