Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 3642 of 2012 instituted under sections 498A, 379, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry prohibition Act.

Prosecution case, in brief, is that the complainant was married with the accused Md. Sajalamuddin on 22.02.2011. After marriage, the complainant went to her Sasural. After six months the accused persons started demanding Rs. 50,000/- as more dowry and they tortured and assaulted the complainant on non-fulfillment of their said demand lastly ousted

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he ready to keep the complainant with dignity and respect but the same is not acceptable to her. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- each month in the court below which may he released in favour of the complainant. On behalf of the Stated it is submitted that the petitioner is the husband and he is named in the complaint. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and the fact that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- each month in the court below , which shall be released in favour of the complainant, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand ) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Purnia in Complaint Case No. 3642 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
