Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26(iii) of the Arms Act.

One country made Katta is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 14.11.2015. No doubt, the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and altogether seven cases were lodged against him prior to the present case but those cases were not for recovery of firearms.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29523 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Naresh Mahton, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Pipariya P.S.
