The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(i) and (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is a case of recovery of English wine from a motorcycle which belongs to this petitioner bearing Registration No. BR-33G-9842.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68746 of 2021(2) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case that the said English wine has been recovered from the vehicle of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
