2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead Superintendent of Police, Vaishali as Respondent No. 9 during course of the day.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recently the private respondents filed the case against the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.15731 of 2022(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 passed in BLDR Case No. 2 of 2022-23 in CWJC No. 2690 of 2022 which was dismissed vide order dated 15.07.2024.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the newly added respondent no. 9 is directed to provide police force on the cost of the petitioner to fence boundary wall over Plot No. 1460 and 1467 pertaining to Khata No. 159 situated at Mauza Harpur Hardas, Vaishali.

5. Newly added respondent no. 9 is directed to provide the police force on the cost of the petitioner to fence boundary wall over the above mentioned plot within a period of 4 weeks' from the production/receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
