Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in para-3 of this application. It is submitted that altogether 12 persons, who have moved this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45395 of 2016 were granted the privilege of bail by this Court on 26.10.2016. It has been submitted that unfortunately, petitioner No. 6 Rekha Devi, wife of Suresh Choudhary could not furnish bail bonds within time specified, hence, prays for modification of the order dated 26. 10.2016. So far as, the petitioner No. 6 is concerned, she seeks extension of time for furnishing bail bonds for the reasons, mentioned in para-3 of this application. Under such circumstances, the time granted under order 26.10.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45395 of 2016 for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7856 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds is extended by further three weeks from today so far as petitioner No. 6, Rekha Devi is concerned and the said order is modified to the extent indicated above.
