The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The informant made allegation that about a strong mob of 500 persons came at the police station and ransacked the police station. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the case during the course of investigation. Similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions
