The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one Plaza Foundation NGO invited application for providing employment under the MNREGA scheme and collected money from different persons. The petitioner was Secretary of the said Plaza foundation, NGO. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation to the effect that the informant has made any payment to the petitioner. Moreover, the NGO of the petitioner was for imparting computer education to the villagers.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S.
