The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/341/323/324/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioners to have caused injury at the head of the mother-in-law of the informant and thereafter to the small children of the family. Submission is that the case-diary would reveal that there is no injury report in respect of mother-in-law of the informant. The doctor has reported simple head injury on the person of children, aged about three years, which are possible even by fall on the ground.

No.60849 of 2018(3) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts of the case and the statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Amarpur Police Station Case No.333 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
