2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(2), 61(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other coaccused persons came in the house of Vijay Shankar Singh (informant's brother) to talk regarding compromising various cases between them, but all of a sudden, all the accused persons started indiscriminate firing upon informant's brother, as a result of which, informant's brother died on spot. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent also.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
