The petitioner seeks bail in Balua Bazar (O.P. Lalitgram) P.S. Case No. 30/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that when the informant had gone to purchase vegetables, a person took away his wallet. On chase, the person, as alleged, was apprehended who disclosed his name as petitioner. The apprehended person was handed over to the police. It is further alleged that police recovered Rs. 580/- from his pocket.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58233 of 2018 (3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 suspicion. He is in custody since 14.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Supaul in connection with Balua Bazar (O.P. Lalitgram) P.S. Case No. 30/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
