2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15832 of 2024 with a liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the now charge has been framed and there is no allegation of tampering with the prosecution witnesses by the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 22.07.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60360 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 420 of 2023.
