2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur Excise Case No. 132 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Recovery is of 570 litres of illicit foreign liquor and 300 litres of beer from the tractor.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a persons of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.64232 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after three months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No.II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur Excise Case No. 132 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
