1. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P. S. Case No. 1021 of 2024, dated 24.12.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 103 and 3(5) of the BNS.
2. Heard Mr. Md. Ataul Haque, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Nirmal Kumar Sinha, learned APP appearing for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.
3. Considering the petitioner's custody period, the completion of investigation against him and mainly petitioner's the pleas that on the dead body of the deceased, no external injuries were found except bleeding from the mouth and for ascertaining the cause of death, the Viscera of the deceased was sent to the F.S.L. Department and further, the petitioner is the

No.59809 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 brother-in-law of the deceased having no reason to be involved with the deceased's husband in killing the victim if the allegations made in the FIR are to be believed and also coupled with the fact that the deceased's marriage took place 12 years back and her husband is in judicial custody, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Jehanabad P. S. Case No. 1021 of 2024, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
