It appears from the report dated 11.12.2018 received from 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Araria, in connection with S.T. No. 42 of 2018 arising out of Sikty P.S. Case No.105 of 2015, that the trial in the case is well underway and is likely to be concluded shortly.

In view of such report, the prayer for bail made on behalf of the petitioner is once again rejected. Let the trial court take immediate steps for conclusion of the trial so that the trial reaches its finality on or before the 30th of June, 2019.
