Petitioner seeks bail in Kharik P.S. Case No.74/18 / G.R. No.518/18 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1b)a/26(i) of Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of one country made pistol and two cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 22.04.2018.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58774 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Naugachhiya, Bhagalpur, in Kharik P.S.Case No.74 of 2018 / G.R. No.518 of 2018 with condition that bailers must be of local having sufficient immoveable properties within jurisdiction of the court concerned.
