Looking at the period of custody, bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 306 2014.

One of the two sureties will be by immediate blood relation whose relationship, identity and
