Case No. 68 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section 379 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the informant came to his Darwaja and saw that his Bolero Jeep was not there then he enquired about it but none has said about whereabouts his vehicle. Then he lodged this F.I.R. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24955 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19698/2014.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and his name appeared in course of investigation.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur)P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015.
