JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 417 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 324. 307. 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation, in brief, is that this petitioner caught hold the son of the informant and the son of this petitioner Lalu gave farsa blow over his head, causing injury. It is submitted that there is no allegation of assault against this petitioner and the injury found of the person of the son of the informant is simple in nature and land dispute exists between the parties and out of six cases lodged earlier four were lodged by the present informant due to land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Dinesh Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
